Hello! My name is Sebastian "Seb" Frey, and I am a licensed California Real Estate broker specializing exclusively in REO properties. I am based in Santa Cruz county, California, and I serve Santa Cruz as well as the adjacent counties of Santa Clara (better known as Silicon Valley) and Monterey (home to world-famous Carmel and the Pebble Beach Golf Course). I am proud to have been born and raised in California. I have traveled widely in the United States, and also to many foreign countries (over 40) and lived for extended periods in some of them. I speak Spanish fluently - which is a very useful skill, as many people in the areas where I work speak Spanish exclusively or have limited English language skills. I find working in REO to be very challenging, diverse, and rewarding. I enjoy the fast pace of the business and I excel at bringing order to what can be, at times, a chaotic process.
